A Partnership 2 years in the Making!

In 2024, we staged a reading of The Verge at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, which introduced Fiasco to the play…

… and now, THIS FALL, you can finally see a full production of The Verge at The Public Theater’s LuEster Hall in October 27 - November 22nd!

Back in 2024, we had no idea the level of impact that reading would have and soon we will get to see Glaspell’s play get the recognition it deserves! This is exactly why we started Expand the Canon, to create a space for these plays in the theatrical industry and ensure it includes those who always deserved to be a part of it.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Expand the Canon, our lists, and our advocacy over the years 💗
