A new play commissioned by Hedgepig and written by Regina Robbins based on Mercy Otis Warren's 1770s play,
The Ladies of Castile.
Join us for the first public reading of this new play that explores when it’s time to take up arms to defend our rights, our personal duty to justice, and the cost of violence. Weaving verse written by Mercy Otis Warren through her modern dialogue play, this story leaves us pondering the layers of revolution that have come before.
