Help us reach our goal of $8,000 by FRIDAY evening!

From now until 🎃 Halloween Night 🎃 every dollar you donate to Expand the Canon will be matched, dollar for dollar, thanks to a generous theatre-loving donor.

That means your $25 becomes $50, your $100 becomes $200… all fueling our mission to uncover and revive classic plays by women and gender-expansive playwrights who’ve been left out of the canon AND getting us closer to our overall fundraising goal of $10,000 by the end of the year.

This match could not come at a better time.

With arts funding shrinking and archives under threat, we’re doubling down on the work that keeps these voices alive:

📚 Paying researchers and curators a living wage

📍 Funding archival trips and translations

📕 Publishing the Expand the Canon Monologue Book - Coming Soon 👀

Expanding our 10,000+ play database

🏫 Creating Educational Resources

& so much more!

So before the clock strikes midnight on October 31st, cast your spell (and your support) for the world to embrace the legacies of women. Because this Halloween, the only thing spookier than ghosts of playwrights past… is letting these stories vanish again.
